Sriracha Meatloaf

1.5 Pounds ground beef - 80/20

1 Egg

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Almond Flour

3 Tbsp Sriracha sauce (watch your brands for carbs) I use Aldi 

4 Strips bacon - cut in half lengthwise

Pinch of salt and pepper

1/4 t garlic powder

1 t steak seasoning

 

1. Preheat oven to 375*. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (reserve half of sriracha and Worcestershire for top).  Place in a loaf pan, loosely forming a loaf. 

2. Drizzle remaining sriracha and worcestershire over the top and lay strip of bacon over that. 

3. Cover with foil and bake approximately 25 minutes.  Remove foil for last 10 minutes and turn hear to 450*.  Meatloaf is done when center is slightly pink and edges are crisp.
