Low-Carb Pancakes

1 C almond flour

2 eggs

 1/4 C water

1/2 stick melted butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 packets of Stevia

1/8 tsp cinnamon

 

1. Mix it all up until smooth

2. pour into a greased/buttered pan over medium heat.  Cook until bubbles on surface, flip and finish.

3. top with sugar free syrup
