Peppercorn Pork Spare-Ribs
2 lbs boneless pork spare-ribs
3 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp freshly ground peppercorn
1 1/2 C beef stock
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Place pork ribs in a 9x13 baking dish, sprinkle with seasoning on both sides, sprinkle with worcestershire and pour in beef stock.
2. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce over meat and serve.
