Greek Chicken Kabobs

1lb chicken breast - cut into 2 inch chunks
1/2 onion - cut into large chunks
1 zucchini - sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
1 Tbsp Greek Seasoning
Sauce
3 Tbsp cucumber grated
1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
1/2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1. slide chicken, onion, an zucchini onto kabob skewers an sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Grill or bake until chicken is no longer pink - 375* for 25 minutes
2. grate cucumber and press between paper towels to remove moisture
3. combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl
4. Remove kabobs from grill or oven and brush with sauce. Serve immediately.
