I’m Shandra Redwine, a 40-something writer and content creator who has been sharing my life online since 2017 — from sobriety and weight loss to motherhood, healing, and the messy process of becoming myself.

Now I’m documenting a new season: life with breast cancer. This space is part personal diary, part reflection, and part community — a place to share honestly, connect with others, and continue telling the truth about what it means to move through hard things and keep becoming.
